I should preface this one by saying this is a departure for me in many ways , this thread is to highlight one storyline. And it is one in which MC is rather a villain , although still also a masochist as well. Its basically a play to show how someone seemingly passive can manipulate events to have evil things be done by someone else.
Victoria Jordan had all the advantages in life, so long as you overlooked a few setbacks like the vicious murder of her entire family and the ritualistic murder of her aunt and uncle and female cousin a few years later. It seemed death had a way of touching young Miss Jordan, but never quite finding her.
She always seemed to be away on a holiday when such terrible things happened to those around her. And moreover, of course again sheerly by happenstance, it always wound up being rather profitable for young Victoria despite her rather tragic public persona. This of course was always by design. .
Victoria had been boarded at the exclusive Foxcroft Academy Prep where she excelled at such events as the Equestrian Dressage. She then attended finishing at Sweetbriar , having the best education and handlers that money could buy.
But life bored her. She had already figured out how to have everything she wanted. Victoria was the architect of all of those murders, and had been present for the torture of her cousin, at least, the end of it. It had, after all, gone on for days
She wanted more now. She wanted to make the world pay. To set things right. She had been forced growing to be perfect and virginal, to her, any girl that didn't live up to the absolute ideal of Victorian standards was a whore. And whores ended up like her cousin , Sue. Dead. In pain. Admitting what whores they were.
Now she seeks someone as damaged as her - someone who wants to inflict , to be a weapon. Who enjoys harming not just watching it.
Victoria will be an active participant in this - even helping to bind victims and play with them. She will help lure them potentially, drug them, anything is fair.
In the end though she is likely to also be a victim herself
This is a bit of a work in progress. concept wise, but Im willing to work with the right partner on this.
Some thoughts on how MC might meet YC . MC is unlikely to trust the internet, too many posers and blowhards , and instead would likely want to meet actual suspects. MC would likely hire a private intestigator to vette various serial killer suspects
Perhaps she finds a killer no one suspected before. Of what if she presented a killer with a potential alibi that got him out of prison? Or saw to the destruction of all the physical evidence in his case? Having millions to play with can buy a lot of justice.
Of course its not all just killing, there would need to be punishment, the killing in Victoria's mind is simply disposing of the witnesses and closing the chapter on a broken toy.
