Religious cult rp

I was interested in creating a story about the leader and founder of a religious cult. It can start with him getting the idea or have it already been established for some time. We can both have one primary character as well as both write and develop the secondary characters we come up with. In particular I'm interested in tactics he uses to intice female followers to be devoted to him and what their personalities are that would make them more vulnerable to obeying what he says.

Here are some ideas of female followers who may be lured in:

a runaway who had nowhere to go after leaving or being kicked out by her parents

a woman leaving an abusuve relationship or living in a shelter

a widow with children or woman whose husband has deserted her

another man's wife whom he convinces was destined to be with him via a revelation he received

a woman herself who is religious and believes she was told in a revelation to seal herself with him, the prophet

a staff or house worker whom he tells will gain more heavenly favor by becoming intimate with him

someone whose parents are devout and want their daughter sealed with him to boost their heavenly standing
