Two girls (age discussed in PM, rules apply) are caught, whether at gunpoint or in a trap, and are claimed by a survivor of the apocalypse (you).
Zombie apocalypse sounds good to me personally, but I don't mind waste-land setting.
The idea is that the survivor claims them as his or their own, being a sexually starved and deeply perverted survivor, leashing them and punishing them if they try to escape or disobey.
The catch is that the survivor is a TOTAL badass. Gunslinger, hand-to-hand specialist, and adept survivor, and as the girls are given plenty to eat and drink, and saved here and there, they become dependent and grow to need the survivor, not even needing leashes eventually.
