A superheroine is defeated by her arch-enemy and turned into a super-slut, sent out to serve her new mistress and take down all of the villainess competition in town. But will she be victorious, or get caught all over again?

I'd play an original character heroine, you'd play an original villainess. Long- and short-term possibilities! Pm me ;)

Variation: I'm a defeated superheroine, now the wife of the seductress that defeated me. You're a long-time villainess rival of this seductress, and you decide that the best way to humiliate and defeat her is to take me for yourself...
