Hello. My name is Truin and I'm looking for roleplay partners. I'm available to roleplay in threads, via PMs, or via an IMing service like Discord or Skype. My replies could be anywhere between 1-10 paragraphs in length, depending on the content and its place in the story. I prioritize quality over quantity.
This thread is concerning a character I'd like to play. He could work in either a modern fantasy (Shadowrun would be a close analogue for modern-ish society with fantasy races living together) or a classic fantasy setting with swords and sorcery.
He's known as the Lord of the Wild, a minotaur/ram/generic beastman. He's large, powerful, virile, canny, and more than a little bit magical. He's well known among the 'weird' races and a leader or chieftain for those that are aspected towards nature or beasts- centaurs, satyrs, dryads, and other things. However, he's quick-tempered and lustful. He has a magical aura that subtly causes humans, particularly women, to abandon civilized ways and embrace revelry; drinking, partying, singing, and love making.
Thus, he has a lot of partners, usually for no longer than a few weeks. He loves them and leaves them. They usually either go back to their old lives with a wild story of debauchery, or more often join his followers and fall in with beastfolk tribes once he grows bored of them.
Your character could be one of those converts for a quick and smutty story, a captured monster hunter/assassin for something more antagonistic, or a human woman that he becomes infatuated with and attempts to romance, making her the Lady of the Wild to his Lord. Or really anything you can come up with- I'm open to a number of things. Depending on the views of the fantasy society towards interracial relationships, your character's personal opinion of beastfolk in general, there's plenty of opportunity for conflict that actually drives the story.
