I have a sort of game RP where the heroine I control is dropped into another world where humans are beneath and used as fodder by an Empire of Orcs, Goblins, Trolls and their likes. The heroine I control is viewed as some sort of savior, and her goal is to go to the Orc Empire's capital and defeat them. However, there are many dangers along the way. Her health would be something like 50, but lower in combat each time. However, consuming cum or doing lewd acts may give health back, but the more lewd points she has, the worse in combat she does. There could be some bad ends too, and fates can be discussed~
