Question, Help Please

Hi, I just joined this forum yesterday and was hoping that someone can help me. I have this annoying white bar that shows up blocking the top of the page. How do I get rid of it?

You must have opened the chat box. If you look to the right, you'll see a sliver of moon labeled CLOSE. Click it and it'll go away. If you're interested inchecking out our chat, I can PM you the details. : )

Thanks so much! I can see the top of my screen again. No thank you, for the chat info. I just wanted the white box gone. Again, thanks for your help.
