It was pitch black outside as Ken snuck through the bushes around the house he use to call home. He hadn't been back in over six years. Ever since his bitch of an ex wife cheated on him and filed for divorce. Taking the house and their daughter in the process. And as it turned out, stealing gold kruger rands Ken had been collecting. Something she had not been entitled to in the divorce. He'd found out after a friend had told him his ex had been bragging on social media. SO he decided to break in and claim what was rightfully his.
While she'd changed the locks after the divorce, Rachel was a dumb bimbo and still hide a key under a birdhouse in the front yard. Grabbing that key, Ken slowly snuck inside to find the precious gold coins. He'd dressed in jeans and a black hoodie. A ski mask over his head. Ken was now forty five. And while his job as a master electrician paid very well, he still wanted the gold he'd been collecting. Worried Rachel would sell them to pay for god knows what.
After unlocking the door and sliding into the house, he crouched down and snuck up the stairs. Going to his old office and rummaging around. Eventually finding the coins there. When he exited the office, a noise from the master bedroom caught his attention.
