I figured it might be interesting to try out the new subsection for short term and quick connect games by listing off a number of fandoms where I’d like to do some ‘one and done’ games with people. In the spirit of these being for shorter term games, I’ll try to keep this considerably shorter than my primary request thread. I’ll probably also try to add and remove stuff a little more often than I do there, so that the listed canons better reflect what I’m really craving at the moment over long term interests.
But first, let’s move onto a couple of basic things to know about before messaging me:
- I primarily play by PMs and Threads, but can be open to IMs for shorter term or done in one games. Just know that meeting up with enough time/energy/interest for me to invest in playing out a scenario can be tricky at times.
- For IMs I would appreciate semi-paragraph to paragraph long replies from partners. My own replies tend to lean toward a strong paragraph.
- For every other form of roleplay, an average of three to five paragraphs is what I tend to write and what I’d ideally like to see from partners. That being said, I always encourage for people to write what feels comfortable for them, so long as it’s at least a paragraph in length, since anything less and I tend to lose interest.
- While these will likely be heavily sex based, I do like to take a little time to set the scene. Even just a reply or two which establishes the characters, where they are and what they were doing prior to the sex would be fine.
- I've gotten a few requests from people wanting me to play canon characters opposite of their original character and so I feel the need to say that this is generally not something which interests me. And, yes, this includes offers of 'doubling up' by playing a canon to my own OC in the same game.
- I want partners who can play the characters listed below. Not 'face claims' where you use their looks but otherwise make up your own character. Granted, some liberties will often be taken to get these characters to where we want them to be, but I'd still want them to feel somewhat like an expansion of the character we saw/read in their respective franchises.
