Oh, God, you people don't recognize props for George Romero? "Land of the Dead," and he also did the original "Night of the Living Dead" in 1968 which frikkin' INTRODUCED the whole concept of gutmuncher zombies (before him, there was only voodoo zombies, which are immensely different beasts). Give the man his credit.
And let me guess, your "Hills Have Eyes" is the recent one, right? Not the '70s exploitation film that kicked off a whole genre?
I'm not one to worry about remakes so too terribly much (I much prefer the American "The Ring" to the original Japanese "Ringu," and I got more of a kick out of the remake of "House on Haunted Hill" than the Vincent Price original), but at least acknowledge the difference!
