Well, as per say the subject of this thread, I'm pretty new here and clueless how to exactly upload photos. Help!! ;-;

Hello there! Welcome to BMR!

(This) can help you upload images from your computer to use as avatars or signatures.

You can also use the same method to post an image in a post. All you have to do is to go to a image hosting website, like tinypic, and upload the image. It will give you a URL ('direct link for layouts' on tinypic), copy it, then use the image tool on your post screen to post the image. It will ask you for the URL so paste the one you copied.
