So a girl at the age of 15 - 16 takes her boyfriend with her on a family trip to cabin by a lake that her family have gone to for several years as a family tradition. It's a trip that will be the first of many things.
She had a plan that the trip would be a chance for her and her boyfriend to have sex for the first time.
It would also be the first time her boyfriend would meet her entire family.
It would also be the first time her brother had sex with a guy.

So as they all are about to leave and the car is packed, they realize that there is not enough space for them all.
And with sister easily getting motion sickness and have to sit in the front seat, her boyfriend simply have to deal with it that he has to sit in her brothers lap during the entire trip to the cabin. something that during the trip sets things in motion.
