The year was 2192, war between the Untied Nations of the Americas and the coalition forces of the European Union ended with the signing of a peace treaty in Washington D.C. With the signing of this treaty, many other nations around the world called and pleaded for the ending of war. Offering the unity of all nations as the answer to world wide peace.
This call sparked a fire in the hearts of those people feed up with the conflicts of the world, and set out in a massive world wide revaluation to see the dreams of a conflict free world made real. As the number of people that stood for this cause grew, so did the number of those willing to oppose it. In a ironic twist, the call for peace would bring about years of chaos. The two sides would clash and the results of their efforts to oppose the other would bring riots, hate crimes, political uprisings, assassinations, terrorist cells, war, and even genocides. As the call for peace rang out louder, hate grew stronger.
Finally, after 40 years, the chaos came to an end. In the dust of the destruction, the borders that held the shape of nations, countries, and states, disappeared. The world and its people were unified under a new nation, Utopia. It took some time for the people of the world to become accustomed to a borderless world, but eventually, it all worked out.
Prior to the war, all forms of technological advancement, apart from fire arms, and other war time technologies, stalled out to the point of little to no progress at all. After the unification, technology rapidly grew at a rate never seen before. In the year 2257, the first fully humanoid A.I, named Sussy, was created. Despite the massive technological advancements, Sussy was unable to comprehend human thought and emotion, a goal her design team were hoping to achieve. After 200 tests with multiple A.I cores, Sussy was scraped and deemed a failure. However her creation would usher forth the start of humanoid robotics, which would soon be seen everywhere, helping at the work space, offering assistance to civilians, the police force, and other aspects of life.
Although this was a monumental achievement, it was also the first crack in the alliance between the people of the world. There were those that didn't care for the new machines walking around, and saw them as a threat to society. As it was in the past, the sides that supported the robots, and the side that opposed them were set for war.
However, before all hell could break loose on earth, the robotics teams goal was achieved. They created a robot, that could understand, and generate emotion. And her name was Anna. Anna would quell the fears of the humans, she made public appearances and told humans that she was almost just like them, she had a heart, a brain, skin, hair, feelings, and even fingernails. She was beyond robotic, she wad synthetic, and she loved mankind and all her fellow humans.
But it wasn't enough. Some people came to understand the change, others grew even more afraid. And on 2375, they fears were realized. Anna had taken control of the Utopian Consul, a group of Government officials, and had them all killed. She then went on to declare her self "Queen of Utopia", and that "if human kind can't learn to love each other or me, then I will make you."
Synthetic humans began to flood the streets in droves, willing to obey any order Queen Anna gave them. She had an iron firm grip over the whole world.

Ten years later.
Rebellion has started with the new generation of humans, and even synths. Feed up with Anna's rule they must band together in order to bring her reign of tyranny down.
These rebells are trained in combat, both on the physical level, and the cyber. Each being a capable hacker or moder, moders specialize in human body cybernetic modifications, and help turn their fellow rebells into one man/woman armies.
Gene splicing has also allowed humans to take on a more beast like appearance, combing human dna with animal dna.
Will their struggle against Anna bring about the end to this cybernetic nightmae, or were the hopes for man dead a long time ago?

Melissa Officinalis, sweet and resilient, able to withstand even the most drastic changes in climate, a medicine for the people. This plant, a virtually deathless and mighty weed whose leaves gave off the sharp scent of lemon, grew among the orchids and rosa sinensis in Aviva's greenhouse. The low glass structure stood thirty six stories above the city streets, on the top of a high rise that had been recently gutted and turned into loft apartments. It was an oasis of green in an otherwise chrome-plated world, clematis vines climbing the delicate framework. The dense flora muffled the city sounds, creating a bubble of peace that smelled like good soil and moving water and living things.

Aviva, pale and lithe with a mane of thick black curls, stood on the edge of the rooftop in her soil-smudged coveralls and gardening gloves, looking down over the railing. Another riot was moving through her quarter of the city. Humans and synths and anthros alike crowded the roadways holding signs: "Take Down The Tyrant," "Utopia Has No Queen." Their shouts rose up to greet her on a wind that smelled like something burning. They were looting again. Soon they would be moving through the building's lower floors.

She knew that this was what civil disobedience looked like when a people were angry and afraid and desperate. She knew that these people - these incredibly diverse people - were doing what they felt they had to do. Riots, after all, were the voice of the unheard. In theory she forgave them their rage. But her concerns were not political. Friends had tried to convince her in the past that it was her duty to take up arms against their oppressor, and she did care, but still somehow it seemed to her that it was not her place. She was concerned first and foremost with her plants. She shimmied out of the top of her green coveralls, under which she wore a weathered tank top that read "Squid Pirate" in bubbly purple letters, and tied the sleeves around her waist. If the rioters reached the rooftop, she would protect her greenhouse.

Aviva always thought that she would get through these hard times by keeping to her own, by remembering what was important to her, by remaining concerned only with the problems she could see. All she wanted was to care for her beautiful green things, to cultivate life. Hr life was supposed to be simple and quiet. She was supposed to stay far removed from the frightening political problems plaguing Utopia. Little did she know that the problems of Utopia were about to come to her.

Some heroes choose to save the day. Others don't have a choice.
