OK this is only rough.
Each new night nurse within the hospital has to report to a doctor they will be working under. You can tell who is working with by what they are wearing and that's if the doctor allows there nurses to wear any cloths. Also depending on who the doctor is if there nurses can leave the place or not as some of them become slaves to the hospital.
None of the nurses are allowed to wear underwear on there first day and there uniform is made from a fabric what is easy to tar off to make it easy for each doctors to customize there nurse how they want them to look. Also to check there nurse is healthy and looks how they want them to look.
The hospital has everything a normal hospital would have. First basement is the isolation area so they are not seen by the press. Used when there is an serious out break. And staff sleeping area so they can rest without patents bugging them.
The lower floors ideas wanted.
