Okay so, before I get into the main thrust of my obsession idea, lemme give you a quick bit o' the preliminary info.
About Me
I am a 32 year old man from the East Coast of the United States. I'm happily married, and I work in the "adult entertainment" industry on the retail and consumer level. I prefer to rp with older partners- 20 years old at the minimum and 25+ as a personal preference, just because it's easier to connect with people closer to my own age.
I am a pretty laid back dude, really friendly and, I feel, at least, safe to talk to- I'm happily married as I said, and have no interest in you outside of being writing buddies, so you don't need to worry about me getting weird and clingy/possessive/thinking because we write stuff together we "are" together. I love planning, plotting, and writing, and I love chatting about nerdy stuff and topics of interest.

I am, as far as I can tell, the world's only full-time Bane roleplayer. Yep, the big guy from the Batman universe. I love Bane. Not just as a comic character, or as a villain, but he literally is my favorite fictional character of all time, and I absolutely obsess over playing him in a roleplay scenario.
Now, if you only know Bane from the Dark Knight Rises, you are legitimately missing out on one of comic books' greatest characters. And if you're a fan of him from the comics or just curious about him from the movie, I can absolutely guarantee you'll have a great time roleplaying with me.
Yeah, I'm that enthusiastic about the character. I've roleplayed him with people who have only passing knowledge of the DCU and they're fans by the end. He's that much damn fun!
So, what am I looking for in a partner?
First off, SOME knowledge and interest in comic books is useful. Even if you're just a casual fan of the movies, that's probably enough, if you've read this far. You DON'T need to be a master of the obscure and often contradictory canon of comics. Hell, I'm not. But, you should probably know your Batmen from your Supermen if you're gonna write with me. However, that's a wide net. Naturally, if you like and/or are curious about Bane, you owe it to yourself to shoot me a message, but trust me, if you watch the CW DC shows like Flash or Arrow, or you watch Gotham or you like the Nolan movies or the new DCEU stuff, that's more than enough.
That being said, I often like to cobble together our own universe, since by the nature of the DC Comics Multiverse, there are a bajillion alternate earths that our story can take place in. So strict adherence to a particular canon isn't a concern.
So what sort of person wants to write a story with Bane as the love interest? Lots! But you probably should have some interest in:
-Muscles. Big muscles.
-Redemption arcs.
-Hurt/comfort.
-Drug abuse.
-Size differences.
-Daddy dom/Little girl scenarios -both in the sexual sense and occasionally bizarrely adorable non-sexual
-Punching
-Deep, complex characters
-Deep, complex characters punching other deep, complex characters.
Now who pairs well with Bane? Lots of characters! Honestly, I'm pretty open to any DC-comics lady as a pairing with the Big Guy, and on the off-chance you are absolutely craving a Marvel lady for a cross-universe dalliance, we can probably swing that as well. OC's I'm less interested in, and probably won't be willing to write that story. However, a short list of possible ladies from the DCU include:
-Catwoman
-Harley Quinn
-Black Canary
-Cheetah
-Cassandra Cain
-Talia al'Ghul
-Scandal Savage (OH PLEASE OH PLEASE OH PLEASE I'LL LOVE YOU FOREVER)
-Oracle
-Stephanie Brown
-Poison Ivy
And so on. It probably wouldn't hurt for you to be well-versed and knowledgeable about your lass of choice, but I don't expect anyone to be as rabid a nerd about their character as I am about Bane.
Other stuff:
I'm also open to team or group rps, be they smutty or non-smutty. Really, I just want to play as Bane more.
Oh Man He's Pretty:
Have you ever seen the work of an artist called Incase? Through his artwork I realized I uh...definitely enjoy a bit of erotica between a more masculine straight guy and a ridiculously pretty femmeboy. I would love to rp something along those lines. Whether or not YC would be a transgirl, a crossdresser, or just a really really pretty young man, theres a definite appeal to playing the more masculine "top" in this sort of story.
This could be a sad story, with the biological sex of YC being an uncomfortable secret, it could be happy and carefree, it could be fantasy or reality.
You wanna fuck my wife?
I've always been a really big fan of scenarios where a husband and wife engage in a threesome with another man. This can be a 1x1 rp, or one involving three of us each playing their own character. I have two general ideas for this sort of story:
-Wife Sharing: A couple decided to spice their love-life up by having the wife sleep with other men while the husband watches. I'd play the husband in the scenario. What level of involvement the husband gets in the sharing scenes is up to the wife- whether it's just watching, watching and masturbating, sloppy seconds, actively double-teaming, what have you. I prefer this to actually be more of a fun, equal thing where the husband is enjoying himself and not being actively degraded- whatever happens, the husband and wife are in love and loving what they're doing.
-Spicing It Up: This is a bisexual version of a MMF, with a married or dating couple inviting a male in to both sleep with. The second male would be, ideally, a pretty feminine one (see above).
Other Details
-Writing Level: Now personally, I'm a quality over quantity guy. I understand there are people who like to write teeny tiny little one-liners, and that's fine, but it's not me. At the same time, I know there are people who enjoy 4+ paragraph novels and that's fine. That's also not me. I like maybe two paragraphs, of decent length and good writing. I'm not going to hate if you write more, but I prefer things to be a little faster and more involved. As far as shorter, unless we agree to it beforehand, I really don't like little short semi-paragraphs. And while everyone makes spelling errors from time to time, egregious ones and terrible punctuation errors will not make me a happy guy.
-Content: I like both smut and plot in about equal measure, maybe SLIGHTLY leaning one way or the other depending on how the story goes.
-Gender preferences: For the romantic or smutty stuff in this thread I would prefer a female partner. If you're a male and want to do a different story idea however, I'm interested to hear it.
-Other Partner Stuff: I prefer active partners, since I spend waaaay too much time on here, people who aren't arrogant but are still literate and creative, and somebody open-minded and fun to talk and plan with. I'm friendly, although I do keep my real life and rp life private and I'm not interested in getting TOO friendly, if you take my meaning. I'd love to explore your fantasies with you here, but it's never going to be more than that. I promise, I am a super nice person to talk to, and even if we don't click on ideas, the worst you'll get from me is a pleasant apology and good wishes. So definitely, click that PM.
