Where to put a request

I have some characters I would like help with in fleshing out bios and maybe get a story started with them.
Not sure if it matters but it would be fandom based. At least I think that is what I am going for.

You can either make a request thread and include them on there, in the Requests by female, male, or uncategorized section, as necessary. Or make a character journal in the Journals Absences and Apologies section.
