For CD: A powerful man discovers the secret and forces the cross dresser to become his little slut.

Trap: many options, but some suggestions are trap x man at a bar or coffee shop. Or teacher and his trap TA.

Sissy: essentially same as above.

Gender bent: The same, but turning a man into a sexy lady.
