It was not often that a male would find their way into the cave. Laguna was a mage, not entirely by desire but it was all he knew. In his pursuit for power, Laguna would learn of a cave that had untold power and mystic energies within. With the opportunity to explore a place of such power, Laguna could not pass this up. Entering into the cave proper, Laguna would be confronted by a woman who was presently blocking the way through.

"Hello wandering mage, my name is Sonja and I am the only person to have survived this place. I feel that I need to tell you what you are up against if you choose to continue. There would be no shame in simply turning around and forgetting you found this place to be honest.

This place will test you and corrupt you all the same. If you have weaknesses, they will be exploited. However if you are successful the payoff may well be worth it for you. There are 20 levels and behind me in the first level there is 5 doors. Each layer will be progressively more difficult with various traps and monsters confronting you. I can tell you that the path that I have taken is safe, so there will always be one door that leads into an empty room. However the rest will lead you into peril as traps and monsters alike populate this place.

If you feel you are ready to begin then I wish you good luck."

Sonja having said her piece would step aside allowing Laguna to continue into the area where the 5 doors await him. He could attempt to continue speaking to Sonja or simply head into the cave, pick a door, and confront whatever waited for him.
 
Lagan came to a pause when this woman approached him, speaking how she managed to reach the end. So many questions! What was down there? What did she find? If she found any tomes, would she be able to share them with him? However, upon close inspection, she didn't seem to find anything of value. Not to mention she claimed her path was the 'safe one'. So going a more dangerous path offered greater rewards.

"I shall be most careful, thank you," He gave a form bow as the woman stepped aside and he descended into the cavern. When he came upon five doors, he paused, he should have asked which one she took. With nothing indicating which door to select, he approached door number five, opening it and stepping inside.
 
Laguna would have alot of questions enter into his head, but at the end of it all he chose to keep them there. Figuring that he did not want to follow in her footsteps, Laguna would hope that he could forge a new path through the cave. What could be gained by finding a long path of empty rooms afterall.

Choosing a door, Laguna would step inside to what was presently an empty room. As he attempted to move toward the stairs on the other side of the room, Laguna would be confronted with an Apparition. It was a ghost of a female sorceress that had materialized before him.

Trap - Apparition: 2 turns

"If you are here for power, then I can grant you what little of mine is left."

The apparition would state. It was a trap and now it would be up to Laguna to decide how to proceed. The energy of the apparition would last for two turns and it was up to Laguna to decide how to proceed. The incorporeal being would start to move toward Laguna as it would await his response.
 
Upon sighting the apparition, Laguna would take a step back, expecting the ghostly form to attack him. Instead, it spoke of giving him her remaining power. Needless to say, this piqued the young mage's interest. Not to mention, there was something about this ghost. Her womanly shape causing something to stir, but he ignored it. "What sort of power do you speak?" he asked, beginning to walk around, keeping a little distance between himself and the apparition, "Who are you?"
 
"The power you seek, of course. Is that not why you are here? Am I not attractive enough for you?"

The apparition would continue to move toward Laguna and having moved close enough to Laguna would attempt to reach out toward him. Laguna would only have one means of escape and that was to confront this thing head on. Dancing around it would not help him at all as the energy it contained needed to either be dissipated or absorbed by Laguna for him to be able to continue.
 
Laguna rose an eyebrow. The woman was very attractive actually. Still, he was both cautious and curious. When she reached for him, he brought his hand up, touching her own. "Very well, let's see what this power you have is."
 
As the pair would touch their hands together, the apparition would change its shape and reveal its true form. It was a ghost that was interested only in using what was left of its energies to corrupt Laguna. As the energy transfer began, Laguna would instantly realize the profane nature of the energies that the apparition was attempting to transfuse into him.

With Laguna able to detect what the apparition was attempting to do so quickly, he had a chance to raise his defenses if he so desired in an attempt to resist or outright dissipate the energy from the apparition or simply absorb them and assume the consequences of taking on the profane energy from the apparition.
 
Seeing the apparition change it's shape gave a clear indicator of the being's intent, as well as told Laguna at whatever 'power' this thing offered was not worth the risk. Ow many men had been destroyed by recklessly assuming such things. The Mage jumped back, light forming in his hands as he focused his arcane energies on the thing before him, hoping to blast it away before it could effect him.
 
Laguna Resist: 20 - 6 Apparition - Success
Apparition Attack: 17 - 14 Laguna - Hit


With Laguna able to repel the beginning of the apparition's attempt to overwhelm him. The first blast rang true and the form of the apparition would begin to fade. Laguna however was overwhelmed soon after as the apparition would gain a link between the two and transfer just a portion of the profane energies that had sustained the apparition.

With the apparition faded from existence now, Laguna would realize that he had made a misjudgment in allowing that thing to come near him. Perhaps Laguna had underestimated the cave and how it would expose what his desires were and try to use them against him. At least he had passed the first layer of the cave and could move on to the second level now.

With the second layer containing 6 doors, the choice was now which one would Laguna choose?

Layer 2
Laguna: 25 LP, 1 libido
 
Laguna shuddered, feeling whatever twisted energies the apparition had transferred over to him. At least he had destroyed it before it had put more into him. Who knew what would happen. He made a mental note not to fall for that again. With nothing else in this room, he moved on.

He would eventually com to six doors. Whoever designed this room really seemed to like multiple choice. Debating for a quiet moment, he went over to door number 2.
 
Monster: Female Mage - 4HP

Laguna would proceed onward with his lesson learned not to trust what he would see in the dungeon. It was a place that would test him both physically and mentally and this was something Laguna needed to remember over anything else. As he would make a snide comment about how the designer of the cave liked multiple choice, Laguna would make his choice for the second layer of the cave. Maybe there would be a pattern with choosing the same door as the layer he was on, but this would soon be dispelled as he would be confronted by a female mage on the other side of the room.

"Here to steal my claim on this place are you? DIE!" Was all that Laguna would hear before a fireball came flying at him. It was horribly off target and easily evaded, but it was clear right from the start that the mage was hostile. How would Laguna attempt to deal with his first live enemy inside the cave? By the looks of it, the woman was already readying another spell however Laguna could act if he thought quickly enough.
 
And so Laguna ran into his first live encouter in this place. A woman, quite attractive, though judging from her frazzled appearance had been down here for a while, most likely having lost her mind judging by her attack on him and her terrible aim. Still,bthat spell of hers was dangerous, and Laguna couldn't allow her to get another shot off.

As she was preparing her next spell, Laguna acted to cast one at her. A binding spell to lock up her body and stop her from moving. She may be an enemy, but she may have useful information for him.

Laguna would get the drop on the mage and bind her hands to the point that she could no longer cast her spell. However it would take only a few seconds for her to break free of the bindings that Laguna had bound her with. The woman was possibly crazed, but that seemed to enhance her strength to the point that she otherwise might not have been able to free herself from the bindings that Laguna had cast upon her.

"Oh, thats how you want to play this? You want my body just like everything else in here.. FINE! Be that way.." While the female mage had danced around Laguna previously, it would seem that she was heading directly toward him now. Her method of attack had changed from whatever she was going to do previously to something that was more suited to a close range encounter. Laguna still had an opening that he could take advantage of before the woman had closed into his personal space, but this window was not going to last very long.

Laguna's eyes widened as she managed to break free from the binding spell, but REALLY bulged open when he heard what she said next, wanting her body? What on earth!?

Suddenly, the woman was charging towards him. He didn't want to harm her, but he knew binding her with magic wouldn't work. As much as he didn't like it, he had to get physical. As she charged in, he lunged towards her, trying to tackle her to the ground and pin her, hoping to calm her down.

Laguna and the mysterious woman would charge at each other with Laguna decisively winning that particular round. Taking her right to the ground and pinning her arms down, Laguna for the time being had full control over the female Mage. Would he simply give into his desires and attempt to conquer her through sex or attempt some other manner of placating the woman? Although rather revealing in her attire, the Mage was still fully clothed.

Watching the crazed woman heaving and struggling, her chest straining against her clothing, wasn't really helping Laguna to think straight. But he had to keep it together dammit. He continued to try and hold her down. "You need to calm down," He said, "I'm not here to steal from you, nor here to rape you. I'm hear to learn, just like you I'll bet."

The woman seemed to be unwilling to listen to Laguna. Her struggles made it clear that she trusted nothing in this place and Laguna's words would have no effect upon her it would seem. About the most exciting thing to happen from this little struggle was that the woman would have a bit of a wardrobe malfunction as her right breast would pop free from her top. Could Laguna resist the temptations of the woman he had pinned to the ground or would he continue to attempt swaying her with words at the risk of the Mage somehow working herself free of his grasp? The likelyhood of a compromise was close to impossible at this point.

No sooner did his face start to home in on her breast than Laguna felt a great shift in how things were going. The woman had used Laguna's weight against him and now had turned the tables on him. Before Laguna could even realize what had happened, His pants would be undone and yanked away as well.

With how things were looking right now, Laguna did not have a clear view as the woman was facing toward his lower body. However he could feel the woman's breast grazing over the top of his now exposed manhood. How would Laguna attempt to get himself free from this situation or would he simply desire to allow the woman to have her way with him for a while?

Dammit! This is what happens when you become distracted! Now pinned down, he could feel the woman above him, looking at his exposed manhood. Dangot, he was trying to calm her down! If she had her way with him, it would only tire him out. He tried to struggle, to flip the situation back into his face so they were facing eachother again.

Laguna would struggle with the woman for a short while with neither seeming to give nor gain any ground in the struggle. Laguna however had a simple advantage, and being the stronger of the two would work in his favor as he was able to eventually muscle his way out of the situation he was in. In what felt like a flash, Laguna was able to unsettle the woman on top of him bucking her off. Maybe it was simple instinct, but Laguna could not help but instantly pounce on top of the woman as she seemed to be simply shocked by being so easily evicted from her perch atop of Laguna.

Laguna would try to continue talking, but it was of no real effect. The woman has been in the caves far too long for her to trust anyone or anything but herself at this point. Laguna was in for another surprise when he attempted to get close to her as the Mage would move like lightning to again get herself on top of Laguna. Now her breasts were smothering his face and he was in a perfect position to suck on one of them if he so desired. The only problem with his present predicament was that the Mage was starting to stoke his flames at this point.
