Drake weaved his way through the stone corridors of the royal castle, a guard posted at the corner ahead and he balled his fist in preparation. Slow steps as he stuck to the wall... and then he let his arm explode forward into the back of his head, knocking the poor fellow clean out. Sneaking into the castle hadn't been easy, the sewers weren't any fun at all, and playing ninja through the halls wasn't as much fun as charging the front gates with his sword and facing everyone head on. This was how it had to be though, the plan had been in the works for months. With this the resistance would finally have a leg up on the king.

He got lost a few times, nearly running into a few details... and once ALMOST wondered into the Cafeteria which happened to be FULL of armed men, all manner of swords and sharp items that could harm his poor soft flesh. Luckily now he was at the right place-two lightly armored guards and one big wooden double door. He had to rush the pair, quickly planting a heavy boot into one's throat, and a fist in the others temple. The Princess should have, if what he was told was correct, inside the doors. His objective was to take her, and get out...easy. He pushed the doors open...

The hour was late, and the night, overall, was quiet. It was peaceful and calm.
So, where else would Isabel, Princess and the King's only heir, be, but her bed? It was much too late for her to be wandering about. Not that she wouldn't have liked taking a stroll in the gardens, enjoying the fresh night air, and watching the stars...but, she was tired. Thus, she had opted to just go to bed instead.

And the young girl had been sleeping for an hour, before strange noises awoke her. The ones that came from outside her door stirred her awake, but it was the opening of her bedroom's doors that had her quickly sitting up.
She looked towards the entrance to see the figure of what she was guessing was a man, but she frankly was unable to make out his features, being not only disoriented from such a sudden awakening, but also having the light not exactly in her favor.

Assuming it was a guard, though, she didn't really panic, instead merely asking. "What's going on?"

[[God, it sucks so. xDD But, I'm sleepy...so...muse not very cooperative. Sorry.]]

Drake spun on his heel as he entered through the massive doors, digging his feet into the stone floor for a moment so he could slide them closed again. Honestly, he was so far he didn't need some curios armored idiot to come in and ruin everything he had just done... his aching knuckles refused to let such a thing happen!

"Well Princess, I'm afraid we have trouble in the castle. Some dastardly fiend has infiltrated the walls and we fear he comes to steal you away."

Inside he was frowning as he bowed to the waking royalty, the allusion had to be kept up at all costs though, that included tipping his head to this... well, less then favorable human being in front of him. He made sure as he straightened up to paint his face with worry and sterness.

"We must evacuate you from this room at once I'm afraid."

[Wha? That's your WORSE? Well damn, I might be way out of my league here!]

[Don't be silly, your not. xD Your posts are great. <3]

The young woman blinked and rubbed her eyes slightly, before leading her eyes to the guard again.
She frowned slightly as he explained there was an intruder in the castle, that they believed had come for her. "Oh, I see."

She pulled her covers off her body, before shifting her body to sit at the edge of the bed. Then, she placed her bare feet upon the cold stone ground and got up.
She looked down at herself for a moment before moving at a quick pace, muttering to the supposed guard. "One moment."

Isabel took only a few seconds to fetch and put on a robe, covering her body, previously not very shielded from view by her blue, silk nightgown. And then, just as quickly, a pair of shoes.

Once done, she turned back to the man. "Alright. Where shall we be going?"

Drake got a peak at what the princess happened to be blessed with, he had to admit he was impressed... apparently royal blood did amount to more then just a fancy title. Granted he couldn't let his eyes linger to long, might give him away; he was sure Guards didn't stare at the royal goods.

"The secret passage attached to your room of course, Milady."

What was a castle full of high ranking people, without a bunch of secret passages snaking through it's construction? He hadn't infiltrated directly into her room through said passage for a few reasons, chief being how much harder it would be to make her believe he was a guard, if he just popped out of a hole in the wall beside her bed.

"Please, this way."

He made his way to the stone wall beside her bed, tugging at one of the candle holders mounted therein... and as per-tradition a panel in the wall retreated and slid out of the way revealing a somewhat dark passage. It was small enough that even the princess would have to go on all fours.

"Quickly please."

"Right, of course."

Isabel nodded slightly, then watched him go towards the candle holder that opened up the secret passage they were to use.

Once it was open, she stared at it for a moment. The Princess had never had a need to use it before, but as a child, she'd gone through it quite a bit anyway, just for the fun of it.
Since then though, she'd grown. The entrance now seemed much smaller than it did many years ago.

She knew this would not be the most comfortable thing to do. But, she knew it was necessary. Besides, it was better than getting kidnapped by some outlaw without scruples.
Thus, with a sigh, she finally got first on her knees, then placed her hands with them on the floor. She took another moment to look into the darkness of the passage, before finally crawling into it.

All things aside, Drake had to admit this was going pretty well. Sure his hand kind of hurt from all those necks and faces he had to hit; but then he was in the process of kidnapping a surprisingly nice looking princess. And he did have scruples, just not a lot of them... or any ones he ever used.

"Are you alright up there Milady, Not to frightened I hope?"

Dusty corridor or not, he couldn't complain... the light from the room they'd just left still gave him a little elimination, so he could still catch glimpses of that royal tail she was packing. He was very impressed, very impressed indeed.
"We should be to the exit soon."
The passage came out at the forest the covered the back end of the castle, honestly he figured he had a lot of time until they discovered she was gone. And ideas we're just starting to flow through his head as he continued to crawl.

Oh, yes, the passage felt definitely smaller than she remembered. It was much harder moving through it than it was when she was a mere child.

"No, no, not at all. I'm fine."

Still, that was her answer to his question. After all, she was merely uncomfortable, not really frightened.
She recognized they were, indeed, almost at the exit, which made her quite relieved. Crawling through dark passages was really not her favorite thing.

Soon enough, she was pushing open the exit, located in the forest. Once she managed to get it open, it was with a sigh of relief that she quickly crawled out. "Finally..." she muttered under her breath, sitting by the exit and waiting for the guard escorting her to exit the passage as well.

Ah. Air that didn't smell like Drake's dead and gone family members, that also meant a silly little Castle guard couldn't wonder upon him and his newly sprung 'hostage'-though she didn't know it yet-.

"Marvelous, I don't think even the guards could find us out here."

Drake squeezed out as he completed his own exit from the less then pleasant passage of freedom. In his head, he'd already figured it all out. The path they'd just taken deposited the two of them far off the beaten bath of the thick of trees. He had to think harder then any one under the castles employ could to try and muddle out a way they could be found even here, let alone once they got far away... they'd have at least the rest of the night before a search party even started on the forest. Was he really so impatient that he HAD to have her here and now, in the dirt, grass and grime of this place?

"... It would seem so."

He answered himself outloud, perhaps it had been the peak at her before she had covered up, or perhaps it had been staring at her back side for the past few minutes as they crawled, he suddenly had a very deep yearning for her this very instant. So now he addressed her, no secrets between himself...and his possible new plaything. He was coldly...professional, though inside he was again, happy as a clam.

"I'm afraid I have to admit I've deceived you terribly, my dear princess. Though you shouldn't worry... I promise if you do everything your told, you might just enjoy your new life more then your old."

Her eyebrows rose slightly at his statement. It should've probably made her feel reassured, but somehow, it didn't. She shrugged it off however, blaming her father for passing down a bit of his paranoia onto her.

Isabel busied herself for a moment dusting her clothes. More because of lacking anything better to do than actually worry about how she looked.
She blinked however, when the guard spoke up again. What was he talking about? What would seem what?

The young Princess wouldn't worry about such very long, however. What he said little after was something that was in need of much more concern.
At first, she was merely confused, then, taking it in, she realized what had just happened.
She tensed as she looked him over, as best she could with the little light she had aiding her. "You...you tricked me!" She took a step back, glancing in the direction of the castle. Isabel was quite the fast runner, but if she attempted to flee and failed, it would probably be worse than if she didn't try anything at all. Even if not doing anything was an idea she did not like.

"Who are you? What do you want?" She questioned, her voice not quite as demanding as she willed it to be and more frightened than she would've liked.
Her eyes widened slightly. "And what did you do with my guards?" It might seem like an odd thing to worry about, considering she was being taken hostage, but she couldn't help it. Had he killed them? Had he possibly killed any others he encountered? Maybe even innocent servants!
Yes, the young woman could be quite pessimistic, at times.

"Tricked is such a simply way to put it, I like to call it skillfully manipulating someone to reap the benefits of their compromised situation."
She took a step back, and he took one forward, he was undoubtedly faster then she was, his legs we're longer and he actually spent the vast majority of his time moving around and doing other hard labor. Still, he didn't want to give her to large a head start if she decided to make a break for it, and he glared as she moved backwards to try and make her rethink any kind of attempt at such a thing.

"I'm really no body important just yet, but I guess you could call me something of your new... master, or caregiver. The guy that holds your life in his hands, so to speak."

He took a step closer, brushing some dirt of his vest and the sleeves of his shirt. She asked odd question, why worry about the guards when she was the one in danger right now- if they were dead, they were; alive...either way it didn't mater.

"I killed a few who I didn't have the time to knock out, I'd rather not have to take your life... but if you try and escape... I'm not sure if I can promise such a sweet release when I catch you."

Isabel couldn't help but tense as she was unable to gain at least a little distance from the man.
Her brows furrowed at his words, however. Caregiver? Master? She could not see herself calling him either of these things, seeing him as neither of them.

The young woman frowned as he explained about the fate of the guards. Well, it could be worse, even if she still felt sorry for those who lost their lives.
She then began worrying more about herself, taking into account what more he said.

She looked down for a moment. "Very well, I...I wont' run." She stated, then gripping at her robe and wrapping it tighter around her figure, a sad attempt at comforting herself.

"Just...what is it you want from me?"

She would have to accept her new role eventually, she was in solely his hands now. Life outside her castle was quite a bit more uncaring, escaping didn't promise her safety, a pretty lady wondering around alone just meant someone a lot meaner then him would snap her up in an instant. All the same Drake was smiling, quite happy indeed that he wouldn't have to chase her down.

"The better question is what I don't want from you, but to make it as simple as possible. Everything, you will be mine... mind, and most importantly body."

He chuckled at his own little joke, though he was quite serious. Seeing her tighten his robe, she was actually going in the exact opposite direction he planned on going. He'd need to address that post haste.

"Now, now. That's not the right thing you should be doing with that robe. As a matter of a fact... what do you say you take and toss that piece of useless clothe for me, huh?"
