superheroines, you need a villain?

This is a out to become a thread geared toward antagonists for superheroines. I plan to detail it out though, adding a variety of characters. I'll do Canon or OC villains, everything from super powers down to street thugs.

I'm good with Canon or OC heroines but I prefer them to have a back bone and not be trying to lose.

Don't get me wrong though, they will likely lose.
