Jared looked at him and smiled, enjoying the fact his wings were now finally given freedom. He found it strange that the human should apologise when it wasn't his fault for this happening.
"You don't need to apologise, Ma-Andol..." he trailed off as he felt bad that he almost called him master even though he said not to. "A friend...I...I don't quite understand, but I hope you can teach me." Jared looked at the human in a odd way, still not understanding but clearly keen to learn. Once his wings were free he streached them out wide, almost as if he were to take off, but he didn't. He just folded them back and nodded to Andol. "That's much better, thank you."
"I...I am not beautiful, Andol. I...I'm a simple dragon slave." Jared paused for a moment as he listened to the idea of freedom "I wouldn't know where to go or what to do if I was free. I wouldn't know how to work, buy food or anything. I'd just starve in the street without a owner and home to call my own. Please...let me stay with you. I'll be good and I'll sleep on the floor if you like just, not a cage. I don't want to sleep in a cage. I will sleep in bed with you if that'll please you, Andol." Jared offered himself up like this without a second thought. There was no haven for his kind that he knew of so if he was ever free he would be unable to survive on his own. It was better in his mind to live with him and for a moment he stared at the male's blushing face. "Is there something wrong? Your face looks a little red...?"
Though when he realized the dragon had seen him crying, he sighed abit and told the other male the truth by saying, "Jared, you are a beatiful creature and it makes me sad to see someone like you in chains. You deserve better. If you want I will do whatever I can to get you your freedom. You don't have to live with me if you don't want to. I would rather you would be able to go somwhere you could be happy. So I will try to get your freedom for you." A sad look seemed to cross his face, and it was obvious that it was no trick question, the human really was worried about the dragon and how he felt, and really would give him his freedom if he wanted it, though it aslo reviled how Andol felt about himself, the fact that the human seemed to be a shy creature who felt that he was not worthy of the dragon, he stood up slowly and held his hand out the dragon saying, "Here let me help you up and then we can go inside and I can make some phone calls. That is, unless you want to stay with me." Andol was not going to hold his breath, what slave would not take a chance to go free. Though in a sense he wanted to keep the dragon, he thought it would be nice to have someone living with him, though he was leaving that choice up to the other male, as Andol looked at the nude dragon for a moment, another wish came to his mind, which was to be able to have this dragon keep him warm every night, again this was not somthing he was going to force on the creature. Yet it did cause him to blush. He let out a soft sigh and shook his head.[/quote]
