History: Samuel Snow worked in the same Black Light unit the infamous Snake Plissken did during WWIII, he was awarded one purple heart and a bronze star for valor. Much like his brother in arms after the war ended he was left with a very specific skill set and few places to ply it legally. Crime pays and so he too turned to a life on the other side of the law. Luckily he had a prior engagement during the notorious Kansas City job that got Snake pinched but he too could feel the law breathing down his neck. Snowman was eventually caught during a bank robbery in Washington DC and convicted of Treason thanks to the crime directly targeting certain high ranking government official's personal bank accounts. For this he was sentenced to Life in the Rhode Island correctional state.
