Furry Boarding House (Interest Check)

So there was a group rp like this back when I was on a few years ago and I remember it being fun. I was curious to see if there was enough support to maybe start something like this up again. The idea is a group of furries/nekos and the like share a mansion/boarding house together while going through there lives...

I'm open to suggestions, if you have ideas that would improve and build this idea please share it.
