The Valient hanged low in the night sky, pushing through the clouds as it lazily drifted from its destination to the next. Koji's band of girls had gotten themselves another job, and off they were to Ravenholde in order to complete it. Most of the girls had to have been asleep by now, or they must've been off doing something or another in their rooms or about the ship. As for the Captain himself, he did what he usually did late at night when traveling from one destination to the next.
Seated at the cockpit of their humble little airship, the Captain had his feet up on the console, the thing set on autopilot, for the time being. Ahead of himself, he could see the tall trees of a dark forest beneath them, and on the dark horizon, little beacons of light shone, some larger than others as the cities that dotted the landscape made themselves known in the black of night. Koji flipped through a magazine of girls sporting the latest fashions from around the world in boredom, though he lowered it after a moment to look about the place, wondering where Hin had skipped off to. More often than not, his first mate was never too far behind...
He sighed through his nose. The ship was quiet, but that wouldn't last. Those girls were always up to something. Fixing his hat, Koji set the magazine aside and pulled the visor of his cap down and over his eyes. Slumping in his chair, he crossed his arms over his chest and tried to get some sleep for as long as he could. The ship wouldn't stay silent forever...
