- In the Moonwood, chasing unicorns.
On the eastern shore of the Great White Sea is a vast expanse of fridgid, sparsely populated land. Barbarian tribes hunt and war here--betwixt themselves and agianst civilized folk--Linowans, Tear Eaters, Ice Walkers, canibal Razoghost and all manner of beastmen. Small civilizaitons are scattered across this land as well, indipendent townships and scattered city-states clinging tenaciously to their land and their lifestyle.
War tears this land on other levels as well. The Scarlet Empire has been forced by the Bull of the North to relinquish it's claim on this region, but have they simply traded one tyrant for another? in the underworld, honored ancestors face honeyed words preaching sweet oblivion--or the hammers of soulsteel smiths.
When a new threat comes maurauding out of the Wyld--where Heaven's eye cannot keep watch upon the minions of hell--will new leaders rise against this common foe? Who will unite with their neighbors, and who will cling to pride or malice.
When armies unite on the battlefield, to unite in friendship or forever into bloody war, will you draw your sword to defend agianst a snake in the grass?
