I have a bare bones idea, the pairing is OC and Rogue, Peter is sent to the school by his uncle to protect his family and then over the course of the story Anna finds out due to My OCs radioactive blood he is immune to her powers and it just kind of goes from there. As for a bad guy Well I have a plot listed below.
Villian: Mr.Sinister.
Plot: With the recent defeat of Magnito the war between humans and mutants has slowly began to quiet down. But there is something beginning on Magnitos old island of Genosha, Mr Sinister and his Henchwoman Vertigo have began devising a plan to kidnap and harvest the DNA of young mutants who have yet to be outed to the world Professor Xavier gets wind of this and decides to send a group of young recruits lead by Logan to investigate.

Rebecca has lost everything. Her college career, her best Friends and roommate and was almost killed because of it, after leaving the hospital she dives into the world of drugs after being released from the hospital. After a long stint of petty theft she beings growing close to a cop who repeatedly has to arrest her.
This will basically follow the same psycho plot as the actual movie just with a different spin on it.
