Rules

This is a Single Player Setting only. If anyone wants to play The World, they must ask and set up a new game with a new setting. Two Characters may not play in the same game.

Players may level up indefinitely. The Level up System works as 100XLevel. So at LVL 1 you must gain 100 XP. At Level 2 you must gain another 200 giving you a total of three hundred XP. At Level Three you must gain another Three Hundred before Leveling Up.

Players may choose any 'Class' Depending on which System they are using. It is up to the GM to assign starting Class Points depending on what sort of character the Player has created.

At Each LVL Up the Player will gain 20 Skill Points to apply as he/she pleases. Using Skills will also gain Skill Levels to at the GM's disclosure.

A Character Cannot go to a Location that He/She has not fully unlocked. Having an NPC point you in the right direction will unlock that location. Once unlocked you ma go to and from there as you please. In Settings where you may walk from location to location, stumbling upon caves or small towns will also unlock those locations.

In every Setting Character will be given starting equipment to the GM's Disclosure. Items may vary from person to person.

The Rules may change as the Game Goes on. Rules will be Specifically instructed to the player when changed or altered and fair warning will be given if GM is thinking of altering them. This is a new Game and problems might come up.

In Every Game the Skills follow the Very easy to Very Hard Rule. If you are a beginner you will not be able to do things that are Very Hard. You must level up your character and assign the appropriate skill sets. The GM will warn you when you might fail an encounter or will warn you that you are not a high enough level to even attempt. The system goes as follows.

Skills- very easy(0-25), easy(25-49), Medium(50-74), hard(75-99), very hard(100).)

In Every Game there are the following situations to keep in mind.

Reputation. Reputation is gained when you do good, or bad deeds. Killing someone who is not an enemy or a Villain will gain you negative Reputation. Doing good things and completing certain Quests will gain you a good reputation. How people react to you in certain situations depends on your Fame or your Infamy levels.

Villified- Shunned- Hated- Nuetral- Mixed- Accepted- Liked- Idolized

In some situations, having an Infamous Reputation in one place may gain you Fame in another. If you fain enough Fame in one location it may carry across to other locations. as well as Infamy. Steal too many bottles of milk and your Infamy may start to go up, though it will not affect your Fame so long as you are not stealing from towns that accept, like, or idolize you.

Legend: This is how much people know about you. The completion of every quest will gain you Legend. Certain quests cannot be started without a certain level of Legend so completing quests as they come along, even the stupid sounding ones, can come in handy later. The more Legend you have, the more various locations will like, or fear you before you get there making speaking to the locals easier.

In any situation where a Die needs to be rolled, the GM will do so. These are for chance checks only.
