YC, the female half of a research team working on wearable mind control device, has volunteered to experiment with the device, a chip worn above the collar bone. It's only supposed to make the wearer more suggestible, but the longer it's worn, the more submissive the wearer becomes.
About mid-day some agency has decided to raid the underground lab. One bomb and a power surge that shouldn't have happened that jams the chip on high, sends YC and her male partner fleeing via a hidden escape route. Hunted, and controlled by the Male partner.
