For Zane, life was absolutely perfect. Several months ago he had met the perfect girl at school, Mandy, and the two had quickly hit it off, going on several dates before officially becoming a couple, somewhat to the jealousy of many other boys. Things between them were great, the spark hadn't diminished even slightly, they still laughed at each others jokes, still went on weird and wonderful dates, every day was like they had just started going out with one another when it came to having fun. But still, there had been something....missing, a tiny thing that Zane hadn't quite been able to put his finger on. He assumed it was just his imagination, Mandy was his first real girlfriend after all so perhaps he was still getting used to the idea of being in a real relationship. And for a little while, that had made perfect sense to him. But then he had gone to Mandy's home for the first time, that was where his life had really become complete.
There was where he met Mandy's younger brother, Brynn. Zane had been friendly and polite of course before Brynn had gone up to his room to seemingly give the couple some privacy whilst Mandy prepared some food for them. When Zane had gone upstairs to collect Brynn though...well....he hadn't expected to walk in and find the younger male dressed from head to toe in womens clothing. Infact, for a moment Zane thought he had found a sister that Mandy had simply neglected to mention, but no, it really had been Brynn. Far from freaking out though, Zane had found the sight to be rather....incredible, and it had been rather obvious to Brynn how Zane felt....
That was how this strange relationship had started. Publicly, Zane was dating Mandy, and he really did love her and their relationship. But behind the scenes, well, Brynn was how his boyfriend as well, filling in that thing that had been missing, Zane's life truly now feeling complete. Of course, Mandy had no idea. Nobody outside of the boys had any idea. Somehow though, that just made it more fun.
Today was a day like many others, Zane had come over to Mandy's place after school, by now he just let himself into the house. He had been there so much it was practically a second home. He recalled Mandy saying she might not be there when he arrived, she may have had some things to take care of at an after school club. Still, the door was unlocked so he was sure that someone was there at least. "Mandy? Brynn? It's just me!" Zane called out as he slipped off his shoes in the hallway, turning to head through to the living room.
