[WB] does anyone have any mystery ideas they are willing to give me?

So, I'm hoping to start a role play which would have me design mysteries for my partner's character to solve. All fun and good, I've got ideas for the first few mysteries, but I will probably need more, lots more. In a best case scenario this will be a very long term role play.

If you have any mystery ideas I would love to hear them!

Also, if you have ever participated in a role play where a player essentially controls the world around another player's character (not unlike a DM now that I think about it) I would love to hear about it!

What is the setting? Modern, fantasy, science fiction, etc. Having that established first is important.
