Website time stamps

Ever since day light savings, the BMR clocks are two hours in front of my time and it's just annoying, like right now it's 3:00 but the BMR time stamp says 5:00, any way to fix this?

User CP -> Edit Options -> Under "Date and Time options", activate DLS correction.
