Banned from the site.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue I'm having. Whenever I try to access BMRP using my normal connection, it says I am banned from the site and I can not view any content. I try to login but it still doesn't work.

However if I use tor browser, I can login and this is how I have been able to post this thread. If anyone knows why I am facing this problem, your help would be appreciated.

Likely because your IP itself is banned, but Tor allows you to proxy in, so it isn't seeing you as /you/.

Well I don't know much about IPs, but how is that my IP is blocked? I've never logged on to BMRP from my current location a.k.a my house.

But anyways thanks for the answer. I hope BMRP doesn't ban tor users like another place I know.
