The idea is, basically, he sees a female who he decides will be his next victim, and puts her in his power. Through a simple question, her secret is revealed. Now instead of being a one off victim, he's planning on keeping her for good, and plans to get her little friends too. One thing about the character is that although he can influence emotions and desires, he tries not too. He likes the fear and desperation. But he also likes to try and make them participate voluntarily. Rewarding compliance (or selling out her friends) with little rewards.
Some optional things I'd like to touch are watersports, including the drinking of urine, pregnancy, lactation. I'm willing to entertain other ideas possibly. Just ask.
