New post notification?

Is there some way to arrange to be notified about new posts in your threads, without constantly refreshing them all? If not, how difficult would it be to add? That's a feature I've seen on most every other forum, and it'd be quite useful here.

On the bottom of every page there is the option to subscribe to a thread(listed along with "view printable version", "send to a friend"). When you click on that it should bring you to a page where you can select options on how to be notified of your subscription. One of them is email.

There's also an option in the profile to automatically subscribe to all threads that you post in and how you wish to be notified of new posts within them.

Please be sure to mark all BMR emails as "not spam" in your email.
