Wind rushed into the open window of the dark red Ford Mustang as it raced down the residential street at well above the posted legal limit. The car vibrated with the music that was blaring through the speakers, some heavy rock beat mixed with the low, body vibrating rumbling of a bass beat. An arm hung out the window, skin slightly tanned from many years of being outside in the blistering sun. The sky was clear and the half moon shone brightly in the dark sky, the dim light glinting in the man's striking yellow eyes. Kaiden James had an obviously feral sort of look to him, long hair that fell past his shoulders wound into tight dreadlocks, his strange, glinting yellow eyes and the hard lines of his face made him look almost unapproachable to most people. He wore a worn out leather jacket over a snug fitting black T-shirt, one that hinted at the hard, well toned muscles underneath the thin fabric. His jeans were faded black with a few rips and tears here and there, a gaping hole in one knee and fit him snugly like his shirt did. His shoes had obvious wear and tear on them, worn out soles and looked to be near ready to fall apart, yet miraculously stayed on his feet. They had at one point obviously been black, but appeared to be more of a dull grey, they had the trademark chuck taylor stitched into them, so they obviously hadn't been cheap.
His blood was boiling from the excitement he felt, he was finally able to have some alone time with his girlfriend of five years. The pair had been dating since they were 16, or since Kaiden had been 16 and she had been 15, now at the age of 21 Kaiden still had a year on the woman, a fact he made sure to rub in her face any chance he had. Taking a quick turn he pulled into the driveway of the neatly kept home, his eyes scanning what he could see to make sure the two eldest residents were indeed gone. It was no secret that his girlfriends parents didn't approve of her dating him, she had always been the good girl, the straight A student who stayed after class and did extra credit. Kaiden was pretty much the polar opposite, except for his grades, he almost always maintained at least a B average to ensure he would graduate. But that was where the similarities had ended, he had often skipped class, or school all together for days, sometimes even weeks at a time, he would get into fights inside and outside of school, something he actually still did even after graduating. Kaiden had been labelled the bad boy, and from his strikingly feral, but handsome looks all the way to his attitude to most people he fit that label to a tee. But tonight her parents approval or disapproval didn't matter, they would be gone for a week on a vacation, and Kaiden would have his girlfriend, and her house, all to himself until they came back.
Opening up the car door he stepped out and moved to the back seat, pulling out a bag and slinging it over his shoulder. Closing the door and locking his car up he made his way to the front door of the quaint little home and gave three quick raps on it with his knuckles. This wasn't his first time being to her house, in fact it was their preferred place to be together, though the fact she had never been to his house, something he was far from ready to let happen for various reasons, was a major factor in why they got together at her place so often. As he waited for the door to open his eyes began to wander to the sky, settling on the moon as it floated above him in the sky. Every time he saw the moon he couldn't help but laugh to himself, humans thought such a simple object had enough power to control when werewolves turned, it never ceased to humor him. Humans were so gullible, really, silver bullets, the moon, all lies made up to make these frail beings feel more safe against the things that went bump in the night. His attention was soon pulled to movement in the neighboring yard, seems they let their dog out and he must have gotten out of the yard again. Now this dog, Kaiden had quickly learned, was far from friendly, the bulky thing growled and snapped at anything that came within 200 feet of it. Sadly Kaiden was locked in the dogs gaze, yellowing teeth bared a deep snarl rumbled through the dog's body. Narrowing his eyes Kaiden locked his eyes on the dog, a growl of his own rumbling trough his body as he took a step towards it, sending the dog running back the way it had come. Snorting he turned just in time to see the door finally swing open to reveal his gorgeous girlfriend standing excitedly behind it, "Hey there girlscout, it's about time you answered the door for me."
