In was a Monday morning and Asuna Moshino was waking up to an empty house yet again. Her mother died when she was very young and so her father worked two jobs to support them, leaving her home alone quite often. The short blonde was up bright and early to get ready for school. She slipped on her light blue and white striped panties and and her B Cup sized (this can be adjusted if you prefer bigger) matching striped bra with white frill lining the edges of it. Next she pulled up her sheer black thigh high socks up over her smooth creamy legs, and then threw on her white blouse that was a required part of her school uniform followed by her short pleaded skirt. The Finishing touches included the red ribbon that tied under her collar and her uniform sweater vest that went on top. (As seen in the picture on my original thread) Asuna took time to carefully put long blonde hair in pigtails. As she gazed in the mirror she wore an someone annoyed expression. She was thinking about Kouichi Akasaka.

That good for nothing slacker better show up to school today. Im getting really sick of being scolded for his absences. The brat thought with a huff.

As class president, Asuna's duty was to keep track of the attendance of her classmates. It looked really bad on her when they didnt show up and god knows that dumb delinquent only showed up when ever he felt like it. Asuna let out a slight sigh after and brushed her teeth. Moments later the short tempered girl grabbed her brown bag and tossing it over her shoulder and marched her way to the school shortly after prepared to give Kouichi all the hell in the world for making her life more difficult.

Upon her arrival to the class she shared with him, she grit her teeth seeing no sign of him...yet. Class was due to start any minute now and Asuna clenched her fists in annoyance.

You gotta be kidding me... That delinquent is really going to skip out on the first day back from break?! The brat thought feeling her blood boil.

Though moments, JUST moments, before the class was about to start she saw the male stroll in. Seconds later the short brat stood up slamming her books on her desk and marched over to him with her hands on her hips.

"IDIOT!" The blonde shouted up at him in front of everyone in the class. "If youre not here for roll call you get marked absent, even if you eventually decide to show up. So dont cut it so close next time, Akasaka!" the brat spouted glaring up at him with her foot tapping against the ground. It was common to call people that you werent very close to by there last name...but it was disrespectful to call them it without a 'san' or 'kun' and the end when you wernt close the way she did. Most people called Asuna, 'Moshino-chan' or 'Moshino-san', and only her VERY close friends called her 'Asuna-chan' and the most important people to you might even drop the suffix all together. Though for whatever reason the dumb delinquent like to use her first name and it pissed her off, because they Were NOT close, at least not anymore.

Asuna folded her arms and then closed her eyes turning her head to the side and sticking her nose up in the air. "What a hassle" the petite blonde huffed before turning around and sitting down at her seat. She had a lot of bark but truthfully she probably wasnt all that threatening to him being as small as she was. Though that didnt mean she wouldnt try!

Why do I even waste my time with that jerk? If this wasnt a part of my duties I wouldnt even be talking to him. A class president has more important things to do then babysit misfits everyday. Asuna thought and glared at him as he sat down before crossing her legs and ignoring his existence.

She really hoped that would be the only encounter she had with him that day. It was hard to believe they actually use to get along when they were children. Little did she know they would be partnered up for a project that was due at the end of the following week. Asuna cared about school. She cared about her grades. She didnt know what that idiot Akasaka thought about school but based on his attendance it probably wasnt much. Though he might be more inclined to be involved once he knew the project partner would be her.

Kouichi (17) 6'3"

Kouichi would have slept for a lot longer were it not for the incessant howling sounds coming from the kitchen. The sounds of clashing pots and stampeding feet resounding all the way up the stairs and up to his door before the bothersome woman started to screech and shriek an all too familiar speech which never failed to strike a nerve with the young brunette who tried to block out the sound by rolling onto his side and covering his exposed ear with the pillow.

His temper only flared as his mother shouted out the all-too familiar name of his childhood friend. The same name that Kouichi himself had muttered only seconds before in his sleep as he gently held an imaginary Asuna close, smiling affectionately down at her small figured as he lowered his lips down towards her. Their lips so close that he could almost taste hers when… reality decided to snatch him back.

Hearing his mother slamming her hand against the locked door, Kouichi eventually gave up. Sighing loudly enough for her to hear before rolling out of bed and replying with a bitter “I’m awake”
His solemn words were somehow heard through the racket, and the obnoxious tantrum of his mother subsided into a few unheard grumblings before she stampeded off again. It took a few minutes before Kouichi, decided to move again, a weary hand running through his messy almond brown hair, as his deep green eyes were drawn towards his most precious keepsake. Picking the picture frame up, the corners of his lips turned upward a bit as the little girl in the picture cheerfully smiled up at him. Only in the depths of his mind would the blonde girl of his dreams smile up at him like this, since the much older, real version would only scowl and hurl harsh words his way… Regardless his love for her hadn’t diminished a single bit over the years, if anything they’d gotten deeper and more intense.
“Good morning Asuna” he whispered almost sadly, wishing that he could imagine her sweet voice give back to him the most simplest of greetings.

Strolling through the front of the school with his back slung over one shoulder, Kouichi seemed completely unphased by the silence of the school grounds. The parents who had dropped their kids had already gone home, and the last school bus had departed a long time ago. In less than a minute school would be commencing, but Kouichi’s steps were casual and unhurried. On the contrary he actually halted and covered his mouth as a loud yawn came over him, making his eyes water a bit as he shook the last of his sleep away. He didn’t hate school, but he didn’t really care all too much about it. There were plenty of jobs out there that didn’t require him to pencil-push his way through high school, and the friends- or rather associates he hanged around with at school were socially expendable in his eyes. The one person who wasn’t…. well she probably wouldn’t be all that happy to see him. She never was.

Making his way to his class, he’d barely stepped a foot through the door when an all too familiar voice shouted out towards him. He hadn’t even managed to pick out Asuna from the seated students yet, nor had she started to scold him… and yet he knew exactly who she was talking to. Flinching unnoticeably from the sudden lashing of words, he tried not to let it get to him… but it was rather hard to dismiss when the love of your life first words to you in the morning were so harshly hostile. It was true that Kouichi had no appreciation of the education system, but one of the biggest reasons he avoided school… was because he couldn’t bare seating beside the girl he loved all day knowing that she had nothing but bratty venom for him.

“Moshino’s at it again” a girl whispered disapprovingly to her friend. A pair of contemptuous eyes discretely glancing over towards the blonde and telling her to shut her mouth. What the girl hadn’t expected was for a pair of narrowed green eyes to meet her gaze with silent annoyance. The cold firm look from Kouichi forcing her to quickly turn away and feign innocence. It wasn’t surprising to find many of his peers disliking Asuna. Her fondness for her academics, and enforcement of school standards earned her far more enemies than friends, and while it technically shouldn’t have mattered, a bratty runt taking down to you and trying to reprimand you certainly wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

“Morning Asuna” he murmured, as he walked by her desk and to the adjacent one which he’d been allocated last term. “I’ll think about it” he replied, taking his seat and silently regretting his choice to turn up. If seeing her up so close and personal wasn’t such a great reward, he wouldn’t have succumbed to putting up with her bratty attitude towards him. He figured his response wouldn’t be received too well, but before Asuna could say anything more, the teacher made their way to the front of the class and Asuna had no choice but to silence herself and save it for later.
