Why Can't I PM?

I had a PM RP going, but for some reason it will not let me reply to it or send the person a PM at all, even lookign on the profile there is no PM button to click....

The user you're trying to pm must have their pm's turned off. Meaning no one but Admins can pm them. That's the only thing I can think of, bro. Sorry.

How strange.... that did not say anything about wanting to stop the RP and I was just trying to respond to there last RP post, all they said OOC was that they were sorry for the delayed post.

Chaos Eclipse is who I was having the RP PM.
and No I haven't changed any settings.

That user's PMs are deactivated. Try letting them know on the forums.
