The Santa Blanca Drug Cartel began in Bolivia, creating a pure Narco state by shipping freshly produced cocaine across the border into Miami. They bought the government, most of it at least, and forced an intervention from the United States government. Initially, the United States Army deployed and began immediate destruction of cocaine facilities. Then the leader of the Santa Blanca Drug Cartel, known as Skull Face, gave the government $1.6 billion U.S. dollars to make an official decree to remove United States presence from Bolivia once and for all. The decree was made, and the United States was forced to remove any military forces from Bolivia.. Except for one. They are known as the Ghosts, the best of the best, the elite of the elite, known to use any weapon at their disposal as if it were their first choice. They own a small cave system in the mountain Uturuncu, the base known as Casper Main.
Now, they have deployed a new set of Ghosts to Bolivia, the government has pushed to take back Bolivia.. For themselves of course, the Ghosts must destroy the Cartel while also making a push for the non-corrupt government officials to be elected, while also not reminding the world that the United States Military is still in Bolivia.
His name is Shrake, he sits in Casper while holding his M16A4 assault rifle. It's his off shift, Bolivia has been quiet for the last week, and they of course, have been patrolling to make sure everything is as it seemed. He is supposed to be sleeping, but he cannot, he stares at the wall of Casper, he holds his M16A4 between his legs and twiddles with the wedding ring on his finger, if only she knew where he was. He is the team leader for the Ghosts, while also technically being their technology freak, he stands at 6'1, and has a clean shaven face with a pair of dog tags around his neck. He has a tool belt wrapped around the bottom of his chest rig with multiple repair tools on it, and several collapsible drones. He wears combat boots and fatigues and a black t-shirt under his chest rig, a helmet and combat glasses cover his head and face, his radio muffs cover his ears.
He stands and shakes his head, picking up his M16 and putting it over his back, the straps of his backpack wrap around it to keep it stable as he grabs his helmet and puts it on his head, walking out of the cave and into the blinding sunshine.
They all call him Derulo, it started as a joke when he claimed to the two original ghosts, Shrake and Al, that he could sing, and of course it escalated from there. He learned to accept it, the nickname and the fact that three Ghosts had been horribly murdered in the last month, the Santa Blanca Drug Cartel has ramped up their efforts to push this team away from Bolivia, and they have been succeeding. Of course to make things better, the U.S.C.G.C (United States Central Ghost Command) had deemed it worthy to attach a former cartel member in the place of their old Demolitions expert, Menendez. He hates everything about this woman, the fact that she worked with the bastards pisses him off more than anything.
He shakes his head, hitting the side of it to clean his thoughts. He wears a pair of tactical glasses and a forward cap with his radio attached to it. He wears a chest rig with a black t-shirt under it and a pair of combat fatigues with combat boots on. He also wears a pair of Marine corps gloves and a cross necklace around his neck. He decides to focus on the task at hand, he goes from a prone position to a crouching position, quickly running up to the government checkpoint.
Al is a quiet man, it fits the job description. He stares through the massive scope of his M4OA5 sniper rifle, watching Derulo move up to some cover by the checkpoint. There is an argument between Cartel members and some Government officials, the two Ghosts who had partnered up to take this patrol could really give less of shit about the argument, but instead they care about causing some mayhem so that Derulo can jack the government helicopter sitting behind the checkpoint.
"Derulo, I could totally shoot you right now, straight through the back." Al says over the radio with a chuckle.
"Yeah, but you won't because you're a fucking pussy, now cause some distraction to get me through." The smaller man comments.
Al nods to himself before firing a shot into the skull of one of the Government officers, gunfire breaks out at the checkpoint as the two sides confusingly try to find out who shot first. After the government opened fire, it didn't even matter anymore. Al hears the blades of the chopper starting, and then sees it fly off back towards Casper, he had a rendevous set up with Derulo about a mile south. He watches the gunfight for a few more moments before grabbing his wind gauge and backpack, jumping up and running off.
He is the team's designated marksmen, wearing a black backwards cap, a pair of aviators, a chest rig with a black t-shirt underneath, combat boots and jeans. He uses the M4OA5 sniper rifle and a FN45 tactical pistol like the rest of the team uses for stealth operations and time of bad luck involving ammo. He stands at 5'10 and likes to make a point to Derulo about it.[/size]
