The Symbiosis
A human space explorer lands on an uninhabited world to investigate strange readings from a crash site. While on board the dead vessel, he encounters a symbiote like creature. The creature attaches to him completely, surrounding the human and creating an outer form with the human inside. This outer form could be an anthro, some sort of alien, or whatever you like!
Unfortunately for the human, the symbiote has two interior sexual organs, both phallic in shape. One goes in the mouth and gag the victim permanently, while the other, more ribbed organ goes in the butt (also permanently). In addition, the symbiote also completely binds the victim's own genitals, creating a form of chastity cage inside ("You wont' be needing this any longer...").
Once the symbiote has completed the attachment, the symbiote and the victim then form a telepathic bond, and can thus communicate. No sound the victim makes can be heard outside the symbiote, but the human can see through the symbiote's eyes - when the creature allows it. The symbiote is then in complete control of the body, and can move and perform normal actions as if it were its own - the host no longer has control over any of these things.
Taking the victim's ship, the symbiote then leaves the world it was trapped on, and heads into space for further adventure. Unfortunately for the host inside, the symbiote is always quite horny - and uses both organs to gleefully drill and violate the host at every opportunity.
