Not sure where to place a thread

So I had an idea for a thread where people can share openers for rp's that never went anywhere. The idea was to get feedback on posts, show off pieces of writing we are proud of, and maybe even attract new partners with a already ready to go plot. Not sure if this would go in ConCrit & Idea Development or Forum Games, or even in request threads. What should I do?
