Agnores' Specific Requests - MxF, possibly supernatural, long-term plot inside

Let's start with the basics first:

What I'm looking for:

• Literate, English savvy partners
• Partners who post at least two paragraphs, of decent size (plenty of detail, something I can work off of)
• Someone willing to develop the plot with me, add their own touches
• Someone willing to play multiple characters
• Someone willing to have an OOC chat, as I like to get to know my RP partners.

The Plot

"The story is simple: A freelance reporter finds himself in a Southern town, passing through on his way to a supposed big story. During his stay, he gets warned to avoid a homeless girl simply called 'The Devil'. As he comes back to his motel room for the night, he runs right into the girl, a young woman in here late teens or early twenties, rummaging through the trash. The freelancer takes her in, helps her out, and the two bond; but when he tries to leave the next day, he finds his car has been stolen.

Stranded, the freelancer decides to look into the story of the The Devil, and what he finds will change his life forever."

We can work out what it is he exactly finds. I have ideas for what it could be, but I'm more interested in seeing what you have to say. After all, this is supposed to be our story, isn't it?

This story will have romance between the homeless girl and the reporter. As for kinks, I'm a fairly vanilla guy, but I'm willing to work with you to make sure you are satisfied. That is, of course, as long as your kinks don't conflict with my Do Nots up there. The story will require multiple characters as we both play the various townsfolk who help and hinder the reporter's investigation, and who directly attack or accost the girl.
