Chatbox?

I don't know if that's something I miss, but I really don't like the massive chatbox I have at the top of every side. Unfortunately, I can't minimize it/adjust the size, so I was wondering how I turn it off completely if possible?

There should be a blue lip that says "Close" on the right hand side. Click it. The chat box should retract and now that blue lip will say "Open".
