You do not mess with Lady K.
As Chief Inquisitor of the fantastical Vestos Empire, she was given the task of hunting down all who wield magic so they can be either controlled or killed. Her spies are everywhere.

Luckily for you, Lady K has set her sights on you, and she plans on breaking you out of the dungeon. What are you in the dungeon for? You were found guilty of practicing blood magic and were sentenced to death. The local populace apparently wasn't very fond of you killing their village elder and using his life force to fend off the bandits.

Knowing Lady K, there's probably more to your rescue than meets the eye.
