Finding Roleplays (Please Vote!)

Poll Time! How does everyone on Bluemoon go about finding roleplays? Do you post a thread and wait for a response? Or do you search through threads for someone to play with?

I put up new requests or rehash old ones, then wait to see what bites I get. When luck isn't on my side, as is the case now, I peruse Roleplay Requests by Females, and every once in awhile I'll glance through Introductions for anyone new and interesting.
