Server hangup

Ok I have noticed for the past there days when I try to send a reply to PMS on occasion I get a white page saying server hangup. Is this just with my device because I am replying by phone or it is everyone's getting this? Just wanting to knos

"server hangup" is not a standard message in any form. It sounds like your phone or phone's network.
