Can I open commissions?

Now I am a artist of sorts, and I draw things and sometimes for money. Now I asked before and never got a reply, so I figured I would make a thread and ask that way... Hope thats okay.

But is it okay if I offer commissions to members of Bluemoon for money? My prices are not much. I never go over 25 dollars, but I was just wanting to know if I could advertise my prices here and such?

First and foremost, do you post/advertize your commissions elsewhere? Second, we have actual site artists who do artistic things for the site for free...ranging from sig/avatars for members to banners to various things the site might need from time to time, etc. And we also have other artistic members who share and provide for everyone for free on top of things. So this does need to be kept in mind. Anyway, knowing that, biggest thing is knowing if any of these posts/advertisements are going to be somewhere else. If it is (like, say, on a DeviantArt) I request that you put up a link to us somewhere in return as a courtesy.
 
I happen to have a Deviant Art actually, and I do post my Commission prices there as well Tumblr, Fur Affinity and I even did it on a Minecraft server.

Sadly its not a steady income... Not that I need it, but its nice to have a few extra dollars ya know?

But from the sound of things, it seems this site has artists who do things for free. That will make my commissioning more difficult to say the least, but I aint quite discouraged yet.
That all said... is that confirmation that, yes, I can post Commission prices here? I want to make sure I get a "Yes you can advertize your pictures here" to make sure that its 100% clear. Of course I would give credit to the site if I posted elsewhere, such as Deviant Art, as you like.
