Since the fall of the Empire, Falleen had chosen to remain an unaligned and stagnant world that was damn near a shut in with regards to other worlds politically and socially. So of course, the native Falleen were becoming twisted by the allure of ill-gotten gains offered by various crime lords to undermine security and open up a streaming, active, source of black market trade, mostly in biological and otherwise weapons that the Falleen had specialized in since they were conquered by the Empire.
However the officials hadnât turned a blind eye to this, however it did pose the idea that if it ran deep enough that official law enforcement might have been corrupt as well. The planetary government chose to employ mercenaries as a temporary solution to this problem. One such mercenary group, were the Bloodfilter Corps, a group of rugged ex-soldiers who claimed they were chosen as the last surviving member of their former squads in the Empire, which collapsed only several years ago.
This claim was the reason behind their strange name, carrying the motto âSeparating clean blood from the filth.â And for the most part had something of a reputation to uphold. For weeks theyâd been assigned to act under various assignments as enforcers, protecting crucial installatons and positions from any sign of would be shady characters through threat of killing on sight.
However, despite their current effectiveness, they were hardly Droids and the small group couldnât continue to work such heavy hours. They needed a break, a time for leisure, and for that they could easily seek out their own way to do so.
However, there were many fine cantina on Falleen, it was best to make sure it was a fairly upstanding one, otherwise there would be trouble. Now, trouble didnât only have to be in the sense of fighting or threat of death, no, and to the Female Twiâlek member of the Bloodfilter, Falleen outcasts may have gotten some unsettling ideas in mind.
