The Rapture

Nodding to himself, he would move the pot to collect more rainwater, before moving inside the trailer, out of the rain. As battered and bruised as he is, he needs time to heal before he can fight again. Still, taking advantage of the storm, and thus the abundant water, he would take the time to wash his injuries, before heading inside to wait out the storm.

Killgore
Safe from the rain, and resting, Killgore replenishes 2 Hp, but loses 2 Fatigue.

Jasmine
<Rolled 30=Uncommon>
Jasmine finds a Disposable Lighter and a Candy Bar.

I-104
The door opens, and she finds herself on a deserted street corner in downtown, several blocks down from the University Campus.

Killgore would continue to Rest for a while, looking to the sky, and trying to figure out how long the storm might last. Though, as he lifts the axe, he shakes his head. Heading back out into the storm, he would head to the second barricaded trailer, and open the door, axe ready for trouble.

Killgore
The trailer opens and the smell of methane spills out. A hissing can be heard emanating from the gas stove. The fumes are powerful, and any spark would end in explosive results.

Jasmine
Jasmine takes both things and moves to the third suitcase.

I-104
She smiles wide, twitching a little. Freedom! She looks around her immediate vicinity for anything interesting.

Killgore
The rest of the trailer park was flooded with Infected, more than Killgore could ever hope to take. His best chances were to leave before more wandered into his area. To the west, he could find the river and follow it's banks. To the north lay downtown, which promised an abundance of supplies but many infected as well. To the south, the Wastes and eventually the nuclear reactor and army base(not mapped), which definitely would prove to have valuable items. Finally, to the east, more Wastes, but to the northeast, the airport.

Jasmine
<Rolled 34=Rare Item>
Jasmine finds a Gas Mask.

Around her is a small intersection, with the building behind her being labelled as an FBI office building. The buildings around are mostly office buildings as well, of no real promise. Across the street is a small convenience store that might hold items of value.

Considering his options, he would quickly make his way to his trailer to grab the cot and the pot of water, before making his way west, to the river. He may have to treat the water, but there would be fresh food from hunting to be found in the green areas. That, and if he could, make a treehouse. A safe haven of sorts.

Killgore
The journey is very uneventful and boring, but the rain continues to fall. He loses 8 fatigue for the walk.

The river spans before him. The bank is a slow incline and only steeper to the north. The water is moving quickly, but there are no rapids or falls for another mile or so, but the river is very wide and it would be some effort to cross. That being said, a few pieces of metal debris floats by every now and again, boding danger for those who try to ford it. Across the river, a large crater can be seen with fallen trees and rubble surrounding it with the famous mall very close to it. To the north, the large suspension bridge can be seen, very clearly destroyed, as one of the suspension towers was removed and in the water.

He can try his luck and ford the river (Luck 15), go north to the downtown, or stay at the banks and rest.

World
The sound of jet engines can be heard and looking up in the sky, one can see a V-formation of 5 A-10 Thunderbolt Warthogs flying at attack speed. They unleash a devastating payload of GUA Cannon fire and air-to-ground missiles at the suburbs before making flight back to the Air-Force Base near the nuclear reactor. No players are injured, but the missiles struck very close to Jasmine and they went supersonic over Killgore's head, causing a sonic boom to resonate and break a few windows.

Looking at the sky, then south as the planes returned, Killgore weighed his options, a thoughtful frown on his face as he looked at the river. Crossing could be dangerous, but staying would be as well, due to military action, not to mention the infected. Still, he would take inventory and check himself first, hoping that he remembered to bring the cot.

Liam
Liam quietly backed away from the door, and abandoned any interest he had on what was on the other side. He made his way for the rear exit of the building, in hopes it would be clearer than the front would most likely be.

"Holy shit!" He hunkers down, covering his head with his arms as he hears the jet engines roaring. "What the hell's going on?!"

Liam
Lucy turns the handle, and enters the room, looking around to see what was inside.
Upon hearing the commotion in the air outside muffled by the building, Lucy found herself thinking about how large the pilot's cock might be, flying whatever it was. She daydreamed about him landing, and coming to ravish her where she stood. Shrugging the thought away, she continued inspecting the room.

Killgore
Inv: Wooden Mallet, Steel Combat Axe, Glock 19, Can of Tuna, Rusted Bucket Full of Water. 13/15 Units, 15/180 Ibs

Liam
The rear exit door stands before Liam. There's a strip of glass, to which the inner courtyard can be seen.

Lucy
The room is barren, completely empty of furniture. The only thing that remains is a large green trunk in the center of the room. Strangely enough, a few spatters of blood populate the surface, and pools at the floor around the trunk.

Jasmine
Jasmine screamed loudly at the airstrike, falling backwards. After she recovers, she takes tha gas mask.

I-104
She is unfazed by the airstrike and goes over to the convienence store.

Killgore
He is currently a tired, somewhat thirsty, and peckish. He is free of disease and could use some medical attention (30/40 HP). No broken bones or major bleeding to speak of. 13/15 Units, 15/180 Ibs

Jasmine
The gas mask is taken.

I-104
The convenience store is locked up tight, but there is a large glass window that could potentially be broken.

Looking at the river, he makes his choice, and would begin to move across, taking care to avoid any of the sharp metal edges, as he makes his way across, using the wooden mallet as a sounding guide, holding it in front of him, the better to probe his way forward.
