This would take place in a world where Wonder Woman/ Diana, daughter of the Queen of the amazons exists. Other heroes also exist. This doesn't have to be a perfect replica of any comic book world, however.
Everything was going fine, until the invasion happened. The aliens came out of nowhere and were almost unstoppable. Earths armies and heroes were powerless to stop their champion. A giant is some sort of mech suit, the alien's champion lade waste to all who defied it. All seemed lost. Soon everything came down to a final battle in a major city. As earths heroes fell, and doom approached, salvation came from the most unlikely of sources. A young student in the city had managed to hack the alien tech and remotely shut it down.
The world was stunned. Who was this nobody student? When the dust settled, the press tried to turn him into a hero. They found out he was a brilliant student who had always been bullied for being different. The public went into an uproar, demanding the boy be rewarded for saving the earth. The press also released that the boy had been mercilessly teased after classmates had discovered he not only like sex like a normal teen, but he had a fetish for tickling girls, especially their armpits and feet. It was also revealed he had a thing for owning girls, which his classmates had mercilessly teased him.
Of course, his number one crush was Diana/Wonder Woman.
This new information led to a public outcry. Justice for Jack! Jack should be rewarded. But eventually, as the world rebuilt, more cries came out. the boy had saved the world. He deserved to have his one wish. He deserved to own Wonder Woman and be able to use her armpits and feet to satisfy his urges.
The public began campaigns, which slowly became riots. The slogan, Diana's armpits for Jack was shouted everywhere as a symbol of what they wanted.
Of course, Diana is horrified by the idea. She is a princess and no pleasure slave to a boy. And besides, she was secretly very ticklish. But the riots get worse and she can't even be interviewed by the press without them asking her about the Armpits for Jack campaign.
And that's when everything goes wrong. Public sentiment turns against all amazons. And eventually the Queen tells Diana that for the good of their people, she must join herself with the human boy. It is an order.
However, this will be better than she knows. There has been a prophecy. She will start a slave, but rise to be his partner. And together they will serve together to protect the world against it's greatest threat. But first she will need to earn his trust, and bring out his potential.
Diana finally agrees as she has no choice. But they can't just meet up. This is also about public relations. So the Queen sets up a red carpet event at a fancy hotel complete with press for Diana to arrive at to finally give herself and her armpits and feet to Jack. Diana knows she must go along with this and talk to the press along the red carpet. They will be asking her things like, "Diana! Diana! Will you offer him your armpits or feet first?" "Are you worried about the tickling?" "Do you think he plans to start with sex, tickling or both?" "Dianna! Turn this way. Can we get a shot of those famous armpits? How about your soles and toes?"
