Reply Speed and Consistency?

I know this may seem like a common sense of a question to ask, but is there a time cap on how fast or often you can reply in a certain thread? I know on some other forums there needs to be a couple of minutes delay before you follow up on a post or reply and was wondering if that is applied here as well.

It varies depending on group. If you are admin, there is no delay between posts. So, if you go to post again, you can. If you are any other group, you can do so HOWEVER...the post will be merged into the previous post with a line differentiating between them. So, if you want the posts to actually be separate, all groups save admin, must wait 2 min between posts.
